Just a couple of weeks ago, we had the highest privilege of seeing Foster The People open up for Cut Copy at Brooklyn’s Park Slope Bandshell in Brooklyn. Without knowing anything about these kids with the “Pumped Up Kicks” other than the said single, we were absolutely blown away. Their musical talents far exceed most and they are so fun to watch. On stage, they are high intensity and all about the music. This Los Angeles-formed indie pop trio continuously jumps around the stage playing various instruments, all while being surprisingly humbled by the audience’s instinctively raucous reaction.
